Year Long Goal Setting
You and your coach will set goals on your leadership and your school's results. Thrive will collaborate with you to:
Set leadership goals on research-based competencies
Establish school based priorities and goals based on your unique context.
Create a tailored year-long “Coaching Map,” to drive your development and monitor your leadership and school’s progress

Customized Coaching
Through weekly or bi-weekly coaching, Thrive will coach you to
Build skill as a people leader, instructional leader, and culture leader
Build your personal effectiveness as a manager and systems leader
Proactively prepare for school-based priorities
Action plan in response to mile-stone data.

On-Site Intensives
We get on site multiple times per year to:
Get a first hand account of how your leadership is driving growth
Provide real time and in-context coaching to help you get further, faster.
Create opportunities for live modeling of new skills and strategies aligned to your priorities and development needs.
